Following closed session at Monday night’s Unit 5 School Board meeting, board members approved a resignation, four new hires, and a district volunteer. Mary Lisa Cincotta’s resignation as a cook at Jefferson Attendance Center was accepted effective as of July 3rd. Jessica Grogan was official hired as a special education individual aid pending a background screening. Holly Lindsey was hired at Jefferson as a morning student supervisor for a half hour per day. Shiann Bidabe was hired pending a background screening to serve as the Crossville crossing guard. Mike Zaranti’s employment was approved; he’ll serve as a junior high assistant softball coach. Additionally, the school board approved Hailey Winkleman as a district volunteer for the high school drama department pending a background screening.
