The first of the two Carmi City Council meetings for July will be held on Monday the 11th at City Council Chambers, located at 225 East Main Street.
First, there will be a Public Hearing on a Mobile Home Permit for 116 Neely Circle, starting at 5:15 PM.
The regular meeting at 5:30 will have on the agenda: possible approval on the mobile home permit; a Pay Request for Sierra Bravo; TIF requests from Rice Motor Company and Martin & Bailey Warehouse with possible approval; and an ordinance to the Carmi City Code to regulate low-speed electric and gas-powered bicycles in the city.
There will be reports and/or updates from Mayor Jeff Pollard, reports from Standing Committees, and business or comments from visitors. A Closed Session is possible to discuss personnel and property, with no action to follow.
