41 year old Charles Scott of Burrell Street in Carmi was arrested in the parking lot of the Carmi Pizza Hut for disorderly conduct on Friday at about 7:30 PM. Scott was taken to the White County Jail, where paid his $100 bond plus a $20 booking fee and was released.
