Cook Cuts Ribbon; Glad to be Home with ProRehab

A two year journey for doctor of physical therapy, Jessica Cook, culminated in a ribbon cutting Wednesday morning.  Cook says she needed more professionally and ProRehab was the right fit.

“This started about two years ago knowing I needed more professionally.  I needed more personally and God led it from there.  I met with Erica and she just helped me through everything.  I met with Andrea, met with Pat and it just fit.  We were right for each other.  I knew that bringing ProRehab and the excellent therapy they provide back to Carmi and letting me be back with my family was what we needed.”

She says for her kids who sacrificed time with her while she was working in Evansville, it’s especially sweet.

“being a working mom is one of the hardest thing ever, but showing them that if you have a dream and a goal and that sometimes you have to sacrifice to achieve that goal makes me proud and they are so happy that I’m back in town.”

Chief Operating Officer and VP of Clinical Operations Andrea Baumann says the Carmi clinic is ProRehab’s third in Illinois and they’re excited to continue their growth.

“One of our pieces is to offer physical and occupational therapy where our communities live, work, and play.  So being able to be in the Carmi community, offer board certified physical therapy services and help the community continue to get better, grow and get back on their feet if they’re injured.”

You can find ProRehab’s new Carmi clinic at 1706 West Main and call 618-384-7872 for more information.  Learn more about ProRehab online at http://www.prorehab.com and find the business on social media.
