The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldog softball team fell on the road Thursday afternoon to Carterville by a final score of 3-0.
Carterville scored 2 in the bottom of the 5th, and another in the 6th.
The Lady Bulldogs only managed one hit on the day, that came off the bat of Mara Serafini.
It wasn’t a bad outing on the mound for Audrey Upton. She allowed 3 runs on just 4 hits and 5 walks while striking out 9 batters.
The Lady Bulldogs fall to 1-2 on the season, they are scheduled to play this afternoon at home against Benton, weather pending.
