A Crossville woman is being held in the White County Jail following her arrest on a White County Warrant. 39 year old Amber Newman was taken into custody on 5th Street in Carmi at around 2:20 Wednesday afternoon. Newman was wanted on the warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Use of Property. She is being held on $5,000 bond. No court date has been set at this time.
