A call to the Carmi Police Department in regards to a Domestic Disturbance resulted in the arrest of a Carmi man on Wednesday afternoon. At around 2:30 officers responded to E Cherry Street and arrested 48 year old Donald E Stover for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal damages to Property. Stover was also wanted on a Warrant out of White County. He is being on $200 bond.
