Officials aren’t yet ready to release the names of two Crossville individuals found dead Saturday afternoon. Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 8 officers were called in by White County Sheriff Jordan Weiss. White County Coroner Chris Marsh says autopsies will be performed on Wednesday. The deaths occurred in the 200 block of East Davenport where an 83 year old female and a 79 year old male were discovered deceased in their home according to officials. The investigation is active and ongoing. ISP says there’s no threat to the public.
