Norris City resident Michial A Phillips is being held in the White County Jail after a complaint was signed against him by his ex-girlfriend. Phillips 71 was arrested for Home Invasion, Violation of Order of Protection, Criminal Trespass to Residence (people were present), Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to Property. Phillips is scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing on October 26th at 10 a.m.
