The 2022 High School Football season has been exciting and historic for the Carmi-White County Bulldogs to say the least.
The Bulldogs are 5-0 through the first five weeks of the season, and they look to officially clinch a playoff berth with a win this Friday Night at Edwards County (0-5). With success comes recognition, and Carmi-White County is getting recognized as one of the best teams in Class 2A.
The Dawgs were ranked #10 last week, but with their 38-12 win over Fairfield on Friday Night, CWC has jumped up a spot. Here is the rest of the AP Top 10:

Other teams receiving top 10 votes were Nashville (state runner-up in 2021), Pana, Vandalia and Mercer County.
