Grayville’s first board meeting for April will be on Monday, the 11th at City Hall.
There will be a public hearing on the budget at 6:45 PM, prior to the regular meeting at 7 PM.
In new business is the announcing of a special meeting for the water filtration plant, Grayville “Welcome” signs, second reading of an ordinance approving a real estate sale, and a TIF agreement with Mandy’s Restaurant.
Old business includes approval of the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget , a Buy-U Boutique TIF agreement and revolving loan, a police vehicle; the Swimming Pool manager, lifeguards and concessions; the policy on tree removals, the sewer upgrade project, a change in the trash pick-up day, and the purchase of a mower attachment for the mini excavator.
They will also approve the Consent Agenda and Purchase Order Approvals, plus there will be a recognition of visitors.
And there will be reports from the Police Chief/Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
An Executive Session may also be held.
