A Carmi man was behind bars following a domestic altercation with his wife. On Saturday, November 26th, 33 year old Oscar C Bartlett of 305 Church Street in Carmi, was arrested on a White County warrant for Domestic Battery. His wife Heidi Acree was transported by EMS to Hamilton Memorial for a foot injury.
Bartlett made bond and was released.
