The Carmi Police Department made a traffic stop that resulted in a Carmi man being charged with Driving While License Suspended. On Friday, November 19th, at around 1:40 PM, 29 year old Harley Lewallen, of 701 N Sixth Street in Carmi, was pulled over on Plum Street and was arrested after Officers ran his information and learned that he didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
Lewallen was given a notice to appear and was released.
