On Sunday, November 21st, an Officer with the Carmi Police Department was dispatched to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Tia M Lucio of 719 W Lincoln Street in Harrisburg, had several items in a back pack and had exited the store without paying for the items.
Lucio was transported to the White County Jail for charges of Theft under $500.
