A McLeansboro man was sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections Monday morning.
42 year old Joshua A Bell was sentenced to five years in the IDOC with one year Supervised Mandatory Release for aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and also five years for Driving While License Revoked in the IDOC with one year Mandatory Supervised Released . Both are class 4 felonies.
Bell was arrested by the Carmi Police Department on March 19th. He was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle. Judge Thomas Dunn was the presiding judge.
