Investigation Leads To The Arrest Of Three

An investigation by the Carmi Police Department led to the arrests of three individuals on charges related to Cannabis Trafficking and Possession, and Stolen Firearms, at 207 North Staley Street in Carmi.

At approximately 7:30 PM on Friday November 12th, 20 year old Darryl Buckman, 20 year old Skyler Hensley and 48 year old Heather Johnson, who all live at that address, were taken in to custody.

Buckman is charged with cannabis trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, aggravated possession of a stolen firearm, firearm possession without a valid FOID card and possession of cannabis more than 5,000 grams.

Hensley for possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, defacing identification marks on a firearm, possession of cannabis more than 5,000 grams and having a firearm without a valid FOID card.,  and Johnson on possession of cannabis more than 5,000 grams, firearm without a valid FOID card, possession of a stolen firearm and defacing ID marks on a firearm.

All three are being held without bond at the White County Jail.
