The Carmi Police Department arrested an Enfield woman on an outstanding warrant. On Thursday, October 28th at approximately 8:39 PM, Amanda M Mangrum, 36, of 300 W Main Street, Enfield was taken into custody on a Wayne County warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine.
Mangrum is being held in the White County jail at this time.
