A Carmi woman is currently being held at the White County Jail on multiple charges. Police Chief Jason Carter says 20 year old Dezra Oguinn, of 603 5th Street in Carmi, was pulled over after being reported for reckless driving.
At about 9:20 am Tuesday, September 14th, Oguinn was spotted on Il Route 1 in Carmi for driving on the wrong side of the road. Oguinn was arrested and charged with unlawful display of registration, possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle, improper lane usage and operation of a uninsured motor vehicle.
Oguinn is being held at the White County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
