A local apartment owner in Evansville is facing some tough questions from the city. Evansville’s city council last night voted to subpoena the owner of the Woodland Park Apartments. The move comes after several people who live in the apartments say the local utility has threatened to shut off their gas and electricity. Council Vice President Alex Burton says the people are paying their bills, but the apartments’ owner is not sending the money to the utility.
