Carmi-White County School Board Meeting – New Employees

After the closed session of the Carmi-White County School Board meeting, they announced that Sheila Westfall was appointed to fill the current vacated Carmi-White County CUSD #5 board member position,  Will Knight be employed as the Carmi-White County Junior High School Head Baseball Coach for the 2021-22 school year to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Justin Simmons, Roger Bolerjack was approved as a building volunteer at Jefferson School for the 2021-22 school year and Tim Tuley was employed as a building custodian at the Junior/Senior High School for the 2021-22 school year to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Daniel Bugera.  The board also decided to approve the closed session minutes of the May 17^th,2021 meeting, that the written closed session minutes dated December 14^th, 2020 (date of last review) through May 17^th 2021 remained closed and that the audiotapes of regular and/or special closed session board meetings from July 15^th, 2019 through December 16^th, 2019 be destroyed in accordance with the Local Records Act.
