Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer service within and outside of the Hospital.
Joy Koker, who works in Nutritional Services at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, was
selected as the April 2021 Employee of the Month. Joy has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since July of 2018. She was nominated for her hard work and positive attitude towards her co-workers and patients coming into the FMH Café for meals.
“Joy is a very thorough and hardworking individual. She follows all the proper
procedures when approaching and completing a task. Joy is very personable and easy to get along with at work and outside of work. Due to her consistently great attitude and even keel personality, she is my “Go to Gal” for training new employees. She is always willing to jump in and help out where needed, even if it means switching out positions for the day. I feel that Joy is a well deserving candidate for this nomination.” commented April Greifzu, Nutritional Services Manager.
