49 year old Anthony Snyder of Carmi surrendered himself at the Carmi Police Department at 6:30am Wednesday morning to answer a Failure to Appear warrant on charges of driving an uninsured vehicle and a child restraint violation. Snyder was booked into the White County Jail and is being held on a $500 bond.
