September R.A. Duvall, 44 of Carmi, signed a complaint Sunday night, of Criminal Trespass to a Residence and Domestic Battery. Duvall was also arrested by Carmi Police on a White County warrant for Theft. She was taken to the White County Jail, where she remains held on $2,000 bail.
