
Egyptian Health Department was notified, over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), of 25 Southeastern Illinois residents who have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19).

- 1 female under the age of 10
- 1 male under the age of 10

- 1 male in his teens
- 1 female in her 20’s

- 1 female in her 30’s
- 3 females in their 40’s
- 1 male in his 60’s
To date, Saline County has had a total of 2,289 lab confirmed positives, including 42 deaths, 1,192 have recovered, White County has had a total of 1,571 lab-confirmed positives, including 24 deaths, 688 have recovered, and Gallatin County has a total of 449 lab-confirmed positives of COVID-19, including 3 deaths, 253 have recovered. The Illinois Department of Public Health, their healthcare provider, and the individuals have all been notified and are monitoring the situation.

IDPH announced that Illinois had a total of 2,428 new confirmed cases and 40 additional deaths. Bringing the total of 1,126,301 confirmed cases and 19,243 deaths in Illinois.
