Egyptian Health Department was notified on Monday of 30 Southeastern Illinois residents who have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19). The individuals include:
- Saline County (15)
- a female under the age of 10
- a female in her teens
- a male in his teens
- 2 females in their 20’s
- a male in his 20’s
- a female in her 30’s
- a male in his 30’s
- 2 females in their 40’s
- 2 males in their 40’s
- a female in her 60’s
- a male in his 80’s
- a female, demographics unknown- case status in progress
- Gallatin County (6)
- a female in her teens
- a male in his teens
- a female in her 30’s
- a male in his 40’s
- a female in her 60’s
- a male in his 70’s
- White County (9)
- a female under the age of 5
- a female under the age of 10
- a male in his teens
- a male in his 20’s
- a female in her 30’s
- a male in his 30’s
- a male in his 50’s
- a male in his 70’s
- a female in her 80’s
To date, Saline County has had a total of 863 lab confirmed positives, including 20 deaths, 387 have recovered, White County has had a total of 381 lab-confirmed positives, including 6 deaths, 204 have recovered, and Gallatin County has a total of 162 lab-confirmed positives of COVID-19, including 2 deaths, 90 have recovered. The Illinois Department of Public Health, their healthcare provider, and the individuals have all been notified and are monitoring the situation.
