Illinois State Police District 19 investigated a Single Vehicle Traffic Crash with Injury Friday morning in Hamilton County.
51 year old Jerry F. Quillman of Norris City was traveling northbound on South Jackson Street near East Market Street in McLeansboro, when he lost control of his 1999 International Truck Tractor Semi-Trailer and it rolled onto its side, coming to rest in the intersection. Quillman was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The intersection was shut down for approximately three hours for clean-up and recovery.
Quillman was cited for Driving Too Fast for Conditions.
