On Christmas Eve 2019, White County Ambulance personnel had to dig deep and work for more than an hour to save the life of Larry Frashier. Ten months later, he (and his loved ones) are going to bat for the Public Safety Referendum, convinced he wouldn’t be here to do so if not for them.
