Robert E. Grogan, 41, of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Friday evening on an extraditable Tennessee Warrant for Aggravated Assault. Grogan was additionally charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was taken to the White County Jail where he remains.
