Free mobile COVID-19 testing is coming to White and Gallatin Counties.
The testing will be available on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at the following locations and times:
- White County: 102 E Main St, Norris City, IL 62869
- 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Gallatin County: Shawneetown Mall, Shawneetown IL
- 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Testing is open to the public, but individuals wishing to get tested must be at least 6-months-old. Individuals with or without symptoms can be tested.
Tests will be conducted by means of nasal swab. Results may take four to seven days to receive, and a valid phone number must be provided to receive the results.
Individuals coming to get tested will also be required to wear a face mask.
