43 year old Michelle L. Bartley of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday night just before 7 PM on a White County Warrant for Retail Theft. She bonded out to $250 cash plus a $20 booking fee.
Robert Larry York, 43, of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday night just before 10 PM on a Saline County Warrant. He was released with a Recognizance Bond due to COVID-19.
