The White County Sheriff’s Department and Crossville Police Department took multiple reports of criminal damage done by a subject or subjects spray painting items in Crossville Friday.
Samantha Hilger reported someone had spray painted near the rear license plate of her 2006 Cadillac.
Leigh A. Short reported someone had spray painted the backside of Apartment 11B on Rudolph Street in Crossville along with a No Smoking sign by the parking lot.
Rebecca Downs, a postal employee, reported someone had spray painted the side of a snorkel mail box.
Brenda K. Davis reported someone spray painted her building at 113 East Main Street.
Mark E. Worlds advised someone spray painted a yard barn on his property at 607 North State Street.
Susan L. Harrington-Gosnell reported someone spray painted the hood of her 2013 Chevy Malibu and 2011 Toyota Avalon.
A Village of Crossville employee reported someone spray painted the concession stand at Davenport Park.
Bradley Cox advised someone spray painted the old grade school on North State Street along with a pole barn on Morrell Street.
Kelsey Maier reported someone spray painted her door and siding of her residence at 302 Winkler Street.
Brian E. Tennison reported someone spray painted the east wall of his residence on North State Street along with a rug hanging on his clothesline and an outbuilding.
Cherie Westfall advised someone spray painted her 4×8 kid pool and cut holes in the pool with a knife.
Kasandra Sheckles reported someone spray painted her mailbox.
Brenda J. Hatcher reported someone spray painted the hood of her 2003 Buick LeSabre.
James V. Sheckles reported someone spray painted his front door and his 2004 Chevy truck.
The incidents took place Thursday night into early Friday morning. The White County Sheriff’s Department and Crossville Police Department investigated the incidents and identified three juvenile suspects that were responsible for the damage.
The empty spray paint cans used in the incidents were recovered from a trash can within the village.
Reports of the incidents along with the identity of the three juvenile suspects has been forwarded to the White County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
