The White County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of County Road 1225 N at County Road 1830 N Monday morning in reference to a report of an abandoned vehicle that had been left on the property for approximately 3 weeks. Upon inspection, it was discovered the vehicle had damage to all visible areas and the tires had been removed from the vehicle. A check of the registration revealed the black 2004 Mazda 6S belonged to Donald L. Engelbright of Mt. Vernon, Indiana. White County Dispatch was unable to make contact with Engelbright. At the request of the property owner, P & M Investments, LLC, the vehicle was removed from the property by Cherry Street Automotive.
