An individual was sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections Wednesday morning.
23 year old Timothy A. Wilson of Crossville was in the custody of the White County Jail in March for another offense when he struck another inmate. Wilson was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections with one year Mandatory Supervised Release.
He was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle. Judge T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge.
