Carmi Police responded to a 911 report of a walking domestic between a male and female around 12:39 PM Monday. Jacob Micah Allen, 19, of Carmi was arrested and taken into custody on charges of Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. He is currently being held in the White County Jail.
