20-year old Erika D. Bailey of Grayville, Illinois, was sentenced Friday, June 26, 2020 to a total of 2-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 4-years of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) in Edwards County Case No. 2019-CF-13. Erika D. Bailey had previously pled guilty to the offense of Domestic Battery and was found to have violated her probation. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois and public defender Brian Shinkle represented the defendant, Erika D. Bailey.
