Jeffrey S. Leinard of Mill Shoals reported to the White County Sheriff’s Office Saturday that a burglary had taken place on his property at 105 Cherry Street in Mill Shoals. He told Officers that at some point between Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning, someone entered a building and a vehicle on his property. A number of Craftsman hand tools, including wrenches and socket sets, and miscellaneous paperwork had been removed from the building and from a 2002 Chevy S10 parked on his property. Leinard stated it appeared as though the door to the mobile home on the property had also been pried on but not opened. He believed the missing tools were worth approximately $400 – $500. A report was filed with the White County Sheriff’s Department.
