The agenda includes Old Business discussion of the demolition of abandoned properties, approval of the Developer’s Agreement and Conveyance of Real Estate to Michael & Moriah Pipher, Pipher Loan Agreement – Amended Terms, Timber Lease, Request for TIF Agreement/Revolving Loan – Chad Aldredge, and rental property utility bills. New Business includes a request from Gillard’s for release of a lien and Downstate Small Business Stabilization Grant Applications. There will also be reports from the Treasurer, Police Chief/Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
