The Grayville City Council will meet Monday at 7:00 PM. Old business will include the demolition of abandoned properties, Developer’s Agreement #13 (TIF 1) with Outcast Airbrush, a request for Property/TIF Agreement/Loan for Pipher, a request for a TIF Agreement/Loan for Mandy’s Restaurant, the timber lease, a request for a TIF Agreement/Revolving Loan for Chad Alldredge, a request for a Revolving Loan for Tammy Downs, and rental property utility bills. An Executive Session will be held during which Council will discuss and approve a request for property in the I-64 Plaza. There will also be reports and updates from the Treasurer, Police Chief, Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
