41 year old Crystal D. Slone of Carmi was stopped on Stewart Street by Carmi Police Wednesday afternoon and arrested for Improper Use of Registration and Driving on a Revoked Registration. She was also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Title Without Complete Assignment, Illegal Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Use of Property. Sloane was cited for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was being held in the White County Jail pending bond being set by a judge.
