52-year old Kenneth E. Vessels of Grayville, Illinois, was sentenced on February 18, 2020 to a total of 3-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 1-year of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon in Edwards County Case No. 2018-CF-57. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois and public defender Brian Shinkle represented the defendant, Kenneth E. Vessels.
