A 29 year old Mt. Vernon , IN man will be spending the next 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by 1 year Mandatory Supervised Release. Kevin Spurlock was sentenced in White County Court Monday on a Class 4 felony for Retail Theft.
