Carmi Police received a report from Justin L. Thorn of 804 Sycamore Street in Carmi, Sunday night, that the tires on his 2009 Dodge passenger car were damaged. Thorn stated his vehicle was parked at 808 Sycamore Street. He believes the damage occurred sometime between 8:00 PM and 9:15 PM Sunday.
