Up first was 35-year-old Colton Shelow. A signed complaint regarding Shelow was turned in to the Carmi Police. After police spoke with Shelow, he was arrested and transported to the White County Jail. He is facing four citations: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Violation of an Order of Protection, Trespass to Real Property, and Disorderly Conduct.
Shelow will remain behind bars until he can see a judge.
Just before 9 pm on Saturday, Carmi Police arrested an individual during a traffic stop on Main Street.
Caleb Ramirez was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle by a Driver. Ramirez was transported to the White County Jail and released on a Notice to Appear.
