HARRISBURG, Ill. (June 10, 2020) - Through contributions of patrons of Southeastern Illinois College District, the SIC Foundation awards local scholarships to students exhibiting financial need, scholastic or service achievement. Students may apply for scholarships in the Foundation Office or the Financial Aid Office.
