A McLeansboro native, Brett Coulter, was arrested by Carmi Police on May 2nd for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle.Coulter was released on a Notice to Appear citation and given a court date for June 4th.

Bailey Arrested on Outstanding Warrant.

23-year-old Christopher Bailey was arrested on an Outstanding White County Failure to Appear warrant for Aggravated Battery.Bailey was transported to the White County Jail and is being held until he can be seen by a judge.

Burton Arrested for Domestic Battery

Officers were dispatched to an active Domestic Battery at a residence on Burrell Street Sunday night. Patti Burton was charged with Domestic Battery and is being held in the White County Jail.
