Homeowners and businesses impacted by last year’s historic flooding have until Jan. 13 to apply for a low-interest, long-term loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBA approved Illinois’ request for assistance for around 17 different counties. The money would be used to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate and personal property.
