Virginia Kay Williams , 72 of Bellmont, passed away, peacefully on, Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel. she was born on Sunday, February 17, 1952 in Fresno, CA, the daughter of James "Jim" and Minnie Aline (Weaver) Hickey. On May 11, 1982, Kay Married Russell Lee Williams in Grayville and together they have shared over 44 years of marriage.

Kay was retired having spent her career helping others in various customer service roles. She worshipped Jesus with her family at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church of Grayville. She loved her family and her God and enjoyed crafting. Kay had an infectious laugh and was gifted at bringing people together.

In addition to her husband Rusty Williams of Bellmont, she is survived by her children, John (Teresa) Graves of Newburgh, IN, Treka (Rick) Connover of Albion and William (Jen) Williams of Tampa, FL; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters Shirley (Richard) Bunting and Patty (Steve) Linder and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Lester "Speedy" Reynolds, Roger Reynolds, Don Reynolds Margie Onset and Delores Osborn and a special aunt, Irene Ryan.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025, in the chapel at Roberts and Cook Funeral Service, 221 North First Street, Grayville, IL, with a private family inurnment held at a later date. Family and friends may visit from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Roberts and Cook Funeral Service who has been entrusted with the arrangements to assist with final expenses.
