She had worked as an admitting clerk at Incarnate Word Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Rosella was a member of First Baptist Church in Carmi and enjoyed sewing, quilting and baking.

In her early years, she enjoyed reading and painting, but as her children grew and grandchildren and great-grandchildren came along, they became her pride and she loved spending time with them.

Vernon, Illinois, the son of Harold and Mary (Glasco) Casey. After the untimely passing of his mother, Stephen was adopted at age seven and became the son of Luther and Edith Smith. On August 22, 1965, he married Diana Kay Hunsinger and together they shared over 55 years of marriage, before her passing on September 27, 2020. Stephen was retired, having worked for the Whirlpool Corporation at Evansville, IN, for over 40 years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and working on cars. He loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with them.
