Cindy Huff, a loved Ninny, Mom, Sister, and friend went to be with the Lord on July 12, 2024. Cindy was married to the love of her life Artie Huff for 33 years before he passed away in 2018.
Cindy was a dedicated Ninny to her grand babies. She loved camping and being with her grandchildren more than anything!
She was the daughter of Melvin and Ella Dillinger of Norris City IL. She was married to Artie Huff, and had three children, Amber (John) Carroll, Cassie (Jason) Eaton, and Cort (Alysia) Huff. She had seven grandchildren Kaden, Jackson, Aniyah, Chase, Aliyah, Brodyx, and Ella. She also had four brothers, and several nieces, and nephews.
Cindy was a walking testimony of what miracles of Jesus truly are, after spending many of her years battling health issues. She had a fighting spirit, and believed in the power of prayer, and wasn’t afraid of fighting those battles. Artie was her hero, and there wasn’t a day that went by that she didn’t say how much she missed him. He was dedicated and the main priority in his life was making sure she was taken care of. We can take rest in knowing that they have been reunited.
Funeral services for Cindy Huff will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi with burial following immediately at Walnut Grove Cemetery near Carmi. Family and friends may visit on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
