Barry Francis Rynkiewich
1948-2024

Barry Francis Rynkiewich, 75, of Norris City, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at Eldorado Rehab and Nursing. He was born on March 16, 1948, in Evansville, Indiana, the son of Michael and Clara (Allen) Rynkiewich. Barry married Emma Jane "Janie" Golden on May 4, 1974, and she survives. He loved farming with his brothers-in-law, James and the late Butch Golden at Golden Brothers Farms. Barry was a member of Union Ridge Presbyterian Church.     In addition to his wife, Janie Rynkiewich of Norris City, IL, Barry is survived by his son, Kyle (Katie) Rynkiewich of Norris City, IL; grandchildren, Reece and Reed Rynkiewich; siblings, Michael (Teresa) Rynkiewich of Boca Raton, FL, Nana Barnes of White Oak, PA, Connie (Don) Viviano of Mt. Vernon, IN. and Paul (Melissa) Rynkiewich of Evansville, IN; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.    Funeral services for Barry Rynkiewich will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City, with burial at Union Ridge Cemetery in Norris City. Family and friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Friday, March 1, 2024. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City or mailed to 609 W. Main St. Carmi, IL. 62821.
